Identify Customer Needs

First, we need to understand customer needs and problems. We can communicate with our customers by phone, email or online chat to better understand their needs.

Confirm Customer Selection

The customer can choose their favorite solution. We will confirm their choice with customers, produce and make samples (7-10 days for new product samples, 15-20 days for orders, and 3-5 days for urgent items).

Provide a Detailed Offer

the customer will be communicated to ensure that accurate information is collected and reflected in the offer and once accepted, all relevant details will be confirmed including delivery schedule, materials/equipment and specific requirements.

Workshop

After the customer confirms the service details, arrange the product to be processed and installed in the workshop. They will work closely with the shop floor to ensure high quality production that meets customer specific requirements. Updates will be provided to customers periodically throughout the production process. Upon completion, the product will be installed and tested to ensure customer satisfaction

Customer Feedback

We will follow up customer feedback to ensure that they are satisfied with our service. If the customer has any suggestions or feedback about our service, we provide one or more solutions, which may include return, exchange, repair or other alternatives.
